8. Payments & Subscriptions
We use PayPal to process all payments and manage subscriptions for our Pro plugin licenses and Shopify app plans sold through growcommerce.io.
- We do not store your PayPal login credentials or complete payment card numbers
- We only store non-sensitive subscription and transaction data (transaction number, payment reference, date, name, email, billing address, and payment status) needed to activate and manage your subscription, handle billing, and provide customer support
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your PayPal account's subscription management page, or by sending a cancellation request to support@growcommerce.io.
We offer a 15-day refund policy on the first payment of a new subscription. After this period, or for subsequent subscription renewals, refunds are not available. If you have concerns, please contact our support team within 15 days of your initial payment.
9. GrowInsights360 Dashboard & Google OAuth
GrowInsights360 connects to your Google Analytics account using Google OAuth 2.0 to securely access and display your analytics insights on our dashboard. Below we explain what data we request, how we use it, and how you remain in control.
9.1 What We Access
When you sign in with Google, we request your explicit consent to access:
- Google Analytics (read-only) data: We only request permission to view and download your GA4 reports, metrics, and dimension data — we do not modify your Google Analytics account
- Email address & basic profile information: Used to personalize your dashboard and associate your Google Analytics account with your GrowInsights360 user profile
9.2 How We Use Your Google Data
- To retrieve analytics data and create custom reporting dashboards inside the app
- To display GA4 metrics and dimensions in your GrowInsights360 dashboard
- We do not use your Google data for advertising, profiling, or share it with any third party beyond what is required to deliver the service
9.3 Your Control & Consent
- You can review or revoke our Google access at any time from your Google Account's Security Settings
- Once access is revoked, we will no longer be able to fetch or display your Google Analytics data
We use industry-standard security protocols to protect the data we access from Google. We store only the minimum data necessary to deliver our service.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at support@growcommerce.io.
